![]() ![]() ![]() What could be running the background that people don't normally think to turn off when it comes to the MSI battery calibration tool in Dragon? I've gone through and did the best check I can for anything running in the background but can't find what the tool sees. I've tried to run that battery calibration tool and no matter what I do it always says there is a program is running in the background. It worked for a little while then it happen again. I did some research and tried updating my battery drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the new version MSI battery calibration, got a battery report(didn't show anything weird), and set all my battery settings to default. My batter will say it's over 90% full but it will hard shut off without warning. I didn't know I was supposed to calibrate my battery so unfortunately now there is a problem. I have a GS63VR 6RF Stealth Pro from 2016. ![]()
